1. Exchange Item/s should be in good condition. Should there be any signs of usage, the item/s will not be replaced instead delivered back.
2. Exchange Item/s should be delivered back ON TIME (see steps below) incompliance is subject for no replacement.
3. Original Packaging material & Tag should be in good condition.
4. Tag should still be attached as is in the item/s.
5. Item/s can only be replaced in the same or higher amount ONLY.
– Higher amount – remaining balance should be settled (bank transfer only) before the replacement.
6. Exchange item is equivalent to 1 exchange form.
7. STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE FORM, NO REPLACEMENT.
8. EXCHANGE OF ITEM/S CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE PER TRANSACTION.

2. You should receive an exchange form the same day, complete the exchange form and submit.
3. Deliver the item/s back to SYNE within 5 days of completion of step 2 with your choice of courier, shipping fee is not covered by SYNE (see suggested courier details below).

4. Receive the NEW item FREE of shipping fee within 7 days upon the arrival of the item exchanged.
SYNE’S CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ASSESSING ALL EXCHANGED ITEM/S BEFORE REPLACEMENT.

HOW TO DELIVER BACK TO SYNE THROUGH XEND COURIER COMPANY
1. Book via Grab / Lalamove, shipping fee should be shouldered by the client.
- Download “XEND” APP.
- Make an account.
- Make a Pick up address.
- Book “Today” or “Tomorrow” depending on your choice
- XEND messenger will inform you about the pick-up through a phone call.
- Wait for XEND in your pick-up address.
- Complete all delivery details (SYNE’S ADDRESS & CONTACT NO.) provided by the XEND messenger.
- Pay the shipping fee of 75 pesos.
- Exchanged Item is expected to be delivered at SYNE a day after the pick-up.
